Won't Refund My Money For Item They Never Shipped

Ordered an item from them back in July 2020. While they sent a ship notification, it was followed up with a "delay" status that exists until this day (December 2020). I have since asked them no less than 7 times to refund my money and cancel my order. I received form replies stating that their accounting department would take care of it and email me. In October 2020 they stated my refund was processed to my credit card. 2 months later (December) and I can confirm this isn't true. And they refuse to provide me with a refund transaction document to back up their claim. Now (December) they have completely stopped responding to emails. ShowerDoorDirect has proven to be a horrible company to work with. Stay away.

I ordered a shower door kit it came in damaged .I tried contacting them five times they do not respond . I had to file a dispute with Amazon and my credit card to resolve it . They are a Horrible Company with many bad Reviews.I am surprised that Amazon lets them sell there products . Avoid buying from Showerdoor direct you will most definitely get burned by them !

Wrong size sent

I bought a pack of mirror clips on Amazon that were to be 1/2 inch wide. 2 of them were the wrong size and I sent a message to the company the first day I got them. Then sent a message thru Amazon and the company never bothered to reply. So I have 2 clips for my 70 year old mirror I can't use and they don't seem to care one way or the other.

Never shipped my item. Tracking number still says in pre ship mode after 2 weeks. They disconnect if you are on their computer voiced phone line. Don't respond back to emails. No morals or integrity. Cowards should at least tell us they don't have it or to go get bent or something. Horrible company with zero concern or compassion about their customers. You ought to be ashamed.

Ordered a product from Amazon.com April 4th 2019. Was told it would be delivered by April 15th, 2019. Then Showerdoordirect extended the delivery to April 19th, 2019. Terrible Service...over 2 weeks to deliver a product. Since I've waited 2 weeks already for the product, I will wait until 4/19 but will not order anything that goes thru SHOWERDOORDIRECT again.

Placed Order on Amazon for ShowerDoorDirect Item, received shipment notification, days later received notice the item was out of stock, and payment was refunded. Second order for Calking. After 13 days, still waiting on delivery. Terrible, similiar experience on ShowerDoorDirect.com

Worst company EVER!!!!

No customer service, cannot get anyone on the phone or to respond to emails or on their own chat line. Sent item back never received refund or any acknowledgement. Stay away from this company.

No response from customer service

Tried to contact customer service to return a faucet ordered through Amazon. After several attempts, phone with voice mail, email, web site... no response. Finally tried to make contact through Amazon and was told that I could not return as return period had expired! Stay away they are awful and am surprised they are an Amazon vendor

I placed an order on amazon through this company. First they changed the date it was going to arrive. Then it didn't show up so I contacted them. They gave me a generic response. After several contacts and waiting for a month I still didn't get my item. Then they told me they'd have the item in stock on a certain date so I reordered the item. I checked again to see if they had it. They told me it was lost in transit, but it had clearly never shipped. Then after that they told me they didn't have it again over a week after the new date. FORGET IT, DON"T BOTHER, RUN!!!!

No product and terrible customer service!

I ordered a faucet through Walmart not realizing it was coming from a different company. The order status stated shipped a few days later.

After not receiving the faucet, a full week after the due date, I tried calling them. I could not get anyone on the phone for weeks. 1 month later I finally reached someone and she told me that the faucet was discontinued! She was supposed to send a different model but that never arrived either.

I called them back for a full week before speaking with someone. I asked for a refund and was told that they have to contact the vendor before they could issue a refund to make sure it hadn't shipped. I told her I would hold while she calls the vendor and she said they can't call the vendor because they don't have a direct number for the vendor. At that point I asked for a manager and was told no managers are at that site!

After that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the next day they issued me a refund.

I called Walmart's Coporate Office to tell them how disappointed I am that they are allowing this company to sell on their website. I asked that they discontinue allowing this company to sell on their Website because it is unfair to customers because of the trust that people have for businesses like Walmart.
