No idea where my order or money is!

Ordered a faucet on June 21. Amount billed to my credit card. I tracked my packages on June 28, the UPS number is non existant, the eBay tracking says the money was refunded (not on my account) , no email on the transaction from the seller, whether the order is on hold, etc. I need resolution as I am in process or renovating my bathroom... I need a faucet.

Avoid Showerdoordirect transactions if you really need the product in question

This is a review that Amazon.com rejected because it did not meet their "guidelines" about Showerdoordirect: "If you're going to keep asking me to review the same transaction over and over, I'm going to keep telling the same story. HORRIBLE service overall!

I ordered this product, got a confirmation for the 2-day shipping I paid for, got a tracking number as well. 2 days later the product did not arrive. I attempted to contact the seller. No response.

I attempted to contact Amazon - they passed my concerns on to the seller - no response. The next day I sent another message, asking to have the 2-day shipping charge refunded, because I obviously did not get the product in 2 days. The tracking number still showed that the product was in transit. The next morning, with still no response from anybody involved my entire transaction was cancelled and I was given a refund.

Now my customer, for whom I had ordered the product, who had already been made to wait a couple of extra days, was left out of luck with no good options to complete his project and was rightfully disappointed in me. I wrote yet another note to the seller trying to clarify that I did not want a complete refund, that I still wanted the product, but that I thought a refund for the extra shipping charge was appropriate. NO RESPONSE. It wasn't until I posted my first review of this transaction that the seller responded to me at all, and it was an e-mail basically begging me to change my review.

I informed them that I would be doing no such thing, and if they wanted me to stop telling people how badly they fumbled this sale, they could send me the tank ASAP. It was only then that one of their customer service reps revealed that they NEVER HAD THE PRODUCT IN STOCK TO BEGIN WITH. That's right. Although they took my money, created a tracking tag for it, and had it in the system for 4 days as if had been shipped, they were out of stock the entire time.

HORRIBLE service through and through. Now I keep getting these e-mails asking me to review and/or amend my review.

And I keep getting opportunities to explain how this transaction was one of the most clumsily handled I ever ever experienced. Live and learn, Showerdoordirect, hopefully you wont do this kind of thing to any customers in the future."

This company shipped me the wrong item originally. I made them aware of it, then it took nearly a month for them to ship the correct item. The correct item was received, but a week after the job was completed. We had to buy the item from another company because our bathroom contractor said it was holding up the whole job! Now, all I wanted to do was return the item that took ONE MONTH to receive, after being told it was in stock. They will not accept the return! I hope this review is read by a prospective customer and they steer clear! These people are rude and non-responsive. They will be out of business soon, I can promise, with customer service like this!

3 months and I finally got my money back.. email after email ..

phone calls .. a completely painfull process ..

just reminds me not to buy anything from Shower Door Direct or sears ever again .. these companies need to learn from amazon and treat customers right

Horrible service I bought a retractable screen door from Sears it went to Shower Door Direct in July they sent me 2 damage doors.. and now I cannot get my money refunded there just refusing to issue the refund and it's over 2 months now it's ridiculous I do not deal with this company I've emailed them 5060 times and cannot get my refund do not I repeat do not buy from Shower Door Direct

On 11/13/16 I purchase the above mentioned door on Ebay for $101. A notification was received that the item had shipped....no tracking number was advised. A few weeks later we questioned why no door was received and immediately our money was returned via paypal. I have been calling ever since to request another door be sent and on 12/13/16 Sylvia from Shower Door Direct replied that our door was on back order and would be sent as soon as it came in. Today 1/9/17 I called Sylvia and now I have been advised that I must repurchase the door for $151 and it will still be on backorder - you've got to be kidding me! This company is a joke - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Shower door direct sent us the wrong item, then refused to acknowledge their mistake! A three chamber dispenser was ordered through Amazon as a birthday gift to my husband. A one chamber dispenser arrived. When customer service was called, they said we'd ordered a single dispenser through WalMart. They said if we wanted a triple dispenser we'd have to buy one. I have emailed documentation to the company showing what was purchased and where and I'm shocked at the necessity.I have never been treated so rudely by a customer service representative. Do not order from shower door direct and be careful when ordering on Amazon! Not only can they not properly fulfill orders, they're rude to their customers!

Ordered a case of foam window glazing tape rolls, according to the picture and description on the Rakuten website. One single roll was delivered in a box big enough to hold the 20 rolls indicated by the ad. Communication with customer service boiled down to "You only ordered one roll" over and over again. Next move will be filing complaint with Consumer Affairs in California.

I've been waiting for an order for over a month. It was lost in transit then back ordered and now it's way past the second date it was supposed to be delivered. I haven't seen it yet and the company won't answer any calls.I contacted customer support and called multiple times and there was no response. I left messages and emails and nothing has worked. I'm windowless and missing over $100.They said they sent it and it hasn't come. I'm beginning to think this company is a scam since there are a lot of other complaints of similar natures online. I hope Amazon does something about this terrible company!

Nightmare return

The item I ordered was not what was described on their website. Return was a nightmare and they charged me an undisclosed 20% restocking fee. And that's after I have talked to them several times! Do not buy anything from them or expect to loose a lot of money while dealing with them! Their customer service is very incompetent - I had to pay for their return label and even though they told me on the phone that I will be paying $10, had to call me and tell me that it was actually $18 because they have to ship the fedex label. They charged for the return shipping promptly but failed to refund my money for a month and only because I contacted them. I now have filed a claim with Amazon because they only refund a portion of what I paid stating a 20% restocking fee that was not mentioned anywhere on the site or in my numerous conversations with them!

Shower Door Direct: Dishonest Company

I ordered something from them off of Amazon and it was not as described when it arrived. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping even though they were deceptive and sent inferior quality merchandise. There is also a 20% restocking fee when you return that they also didn't readily disclose anywhere. I tried to contact them several times and they do not answer their phones or if your lucky to get through they disconnect you and don't reply to emails. I'm hoping Amazon will help out. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to sell on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

This was really poor experience. After waiting four weeks for my item with no communication from them, I contacted Shower Door Direct for a status update. Their reply: still don't have your item; do you want to cancel? My reply: yes, cancel. I ordered the item from another source only to have this one show up. After returning this (and, at this point, I've now paid return shipping), Shower Door Direct only gave me about half credit. I don't know if the difference was a restock fee or original shipping, but given the failure was entirely on their part, I thought this was really lame way to treat me.

Order cancelled--they send it anyway, problems returning it

Bought online from them through eBay. Got email saying the item was backordered and won't be shipped. I cancelled the order, and bought elsewhere because I needed it right away and could not wait for a backordered item to ship. Next thing I know, the backordered item that I had cancelled item shows up on my doorstep. They shipped it, and charged me, even though the order was cancelled when they said the item was back ordered. Then, to return the item to them, I had to pay postage to return, and they charge a 20% restocking fee. Then they claimed they never received it , even after I sent USPS tracking proving delivery.

Undisclosed return charge of 25% of purchase price

I bought two toilet seats offered by Shower Door through Amazon. When they arrived, I did not feel that they did not appear as shown in the picture on the Amazon site. I sent in a request that they provide a return shipping label at their expense because the product did not seem to me to conform to the one pictured. However, Shower Door disagreed and refused to pay for return shipping. Finally, I decided to eat the $25 cost of shipping them back and paid that amount. When I got my credit card bill there was $25 deducted from the refunded purchase price of about $100. That is, Shower Door only credited my account for approximately $75. No explanation was given to me at any time. Nothing was apparent to me on Amazon to suggest any penalty charge for returns. Despite several requests to Amazon, and to Shower Door, Shower Door has not responded to my inquiry and request for reimbursement of the $25.

Shower Door Direct, sells through various sites including Jet.com. I am looking for a hard to find plumbing item that is no longer being manufactured. Shower Door Direct indicates that they have this very specific model IN STOCK. But, just to double-check, I called Jet.com before placing the order. I wanted to be absolutely certain it was that specific item. Jet's Customer service person checked ShowerDoorDirect's inventory log- it indicated my specific model. So I purchased it. Well, guess what? They did a bait and switch. They sent me the easy to find "other" model.
